Machinery Shop

The Machinery Shop is in charge of providing solutions to the laboratories and researchers in designing, constructing and/or modifying accessories and small equipment, as well as supporting the other shops in their maintenance duties: repairing, constructing, and installing.

The shop has two lathes: one medium and one small; a milling drill; a vertical milling machine; a plain surface rectifier; two sheet benders: one 60 cm and one 180 cm; two guillotines: one manual 60cm and one electrical 180 cm; a large pedestal drill; a manual 120cm roller, and smaller tools.
