The electromechanical maintenance area is integrated by qualified high level technicians with experience in power, refrigeration and electricity electromechanical equipment allowing them to confront daily problems and decision making in their daily activities.

RAMÓN EUSEBIO ALTAMIRANO COBOS

Engineer in Electromechanics graduated from Instituto Tecnológico de la Paz. He joined CIBNOR since 1994 in designing and developing electromechanical equipment. He has participated in specialized courses where maintenance of emergency power plants stands out. He has written equipment operation handbooks developed in CIBNOR such as the fractionator for wet samples for CICIMAR and a clam thresher. He participated in the electrical and pneumatic installation of the electron microscope at CIBNOR.

RENÉ OCTAVIO GAXIOLA MARQUEZ

Professional Technician in Electricity for Mechanics. He graduated from Colegio Nacional de Educacion Profesional Tecnica. He has 10 year-experience in domestic, commercial, and industrial electrical installations. He worked for PIME industry from 1994 to 1996 as an electricity technician. He joined CIBNOR in 1996 in electromechanical maintenance where his main work is preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment in laboratories and in experimental areas, advising and writing technical reports.

EFRAÍN CASTILLEJOS PASTRANA

Technician in Electromechanics. He has been a technician in electromechanics since 1985. He joined CIBNOR in 1991 where his main work is preventive and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment in laboratories and in experimental areas, advising, and writing technical reports.

JULIO REYES GARCÍA

He graduated from CETMAR campus La Paz B. C. S. as Technician in Navy Industrial Services in Industrial Refrigeration for Fisheries. He finished his studies for secondary education, special field in Social Science, graduated from Escuela Normal Superior in B. C. S. He has worked in electromechanics for 7 years. He worked for La Perla de la Paz in 1997 in preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioners (chillers, integral equipment) and electricity remodeling. He joined CIBNOR in 1998 and is currently assigned to the Services and Support Laboratories Unit where he continues performing equipment maintenance, electricity remodeling, hydraulic, pneumatic, and special gas installations.
