Sonia Guadalupe Rocha Meza, Master of Science candidate.

She joined the Department of Aquaculture Nutrition in CIBNOR in 1986. In 1990, she was promoted as Responsible Technician for the Food Science Laboratory, today Chemical Analysis with Proximal Technology Laboratory, assigned to the Laboratory Services and Support Unit. She has collaborated in different research projects, in training and advising students. She is co-author of 12 scientific publications, has participated in different conferences, symposiums and scientific events focused mainly on aquicultural nutrition and food analysis. She belongs to the group of Expert Technicians in Food Science in Entidad Mexicana de Acreditación.

María Dolores Rondero Astorga, Biochemical Engineer

She joined CIBNOR in 1999 as support technician in the Food Science Laboratory, today Chemical Analysis with Proximal Technology Laboratory assigned to the Laboratory Services and Support Unit. She has collaborated in different research projects, in training and advising students. She has participated in different conferences, symposiums and scientific events focused mainly on aquicultural nutrition and food analysis. She belongs to the Mexican Accreditation group of Expert Technicians in Food Science.
