The Laboratory of Atomic Absorption is equipped to implement determination techniques for heavy metals in different types of matrix, such as: water (drinkable, residual and natural), soil (agricultural and marine sediments) as well as  tissues (animal and plant)

The objective of the laboratory is to support scientific research and offer services in heavy metal determination to the productive sector focusing on agriculture, aquaculture, and stockbreeding.
