Our goal is to perform activities and projects that produce and reach reference results with validity, quality, and excellence in the topics of diagnosis, planning, and conservation of water and soil resources in basins considering their relationships with climate and its variability.

Objectives

To analyze water of several sources, applied to conventional, industrialized, and organic agriculture in Baja California Sur.

To perform research on aspects related to sustainable production, including water resource, organic matter, fertility, salinity, productivity of agroecosystems, and important cultivation dynamics, considering climate and arid and saline soils.

To apply and value methods of integral analysis of water resource and hydrological balance in the municipality of La Paz, B.C.S. in coordination with authorities and institutions related with water and soil resources.
