Marine Dinoflagellate Collection

List of Strains

Up to date CODIMAR has 120 dinoflagellate strains which belong to the orders of Gymnodiniales, Gonyaulacales, Prorocentrales, and Perinidiales. The establishment of harmful algal strains of other taxonomic groups has also been achieved.

The following list includes the total of strains that have been identified at species level until now. As we advance in taxonomic identification, the rest of the strains will be integrated.
